Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before registering for the Juhu Half Marathon '25. By registering, you agree to comply with these terms:

1. Use of Discount Coupons

Any discount coupon used at the time of registration is subject to a second layer of verification by the backend team. The runner must receive a clear notification via email confirming the use of the discount code prior to registration, including their name and email. Discount codes used without these details will be deemed void and canceled even if the runner has recieved a confirmation of BIB.

2. No Changes to Registration

Changes to t-shirt size, jersey size, race category, or any other registration details are not permitted once registration is completed.

3. No Refund Policy

Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal reasons, change of plans, or inability to participate.

4. BIB Delivery

BIB delivery is limited to addresses within the Mumbai city limits. Participants outside Mumbai must collect their BIB in person as per the provided guidelines.

5. Early Bird Offer

The early bird offer is valid only while stocks last. Register early to avail of this benefit.

6. Right to Cancel Registrations

The organizers reserve the right to cancel any registration at their discretion. In such cases, participants will be notified, and the decision will be final.

7. Disclaimer and Waiver of Liability

By participating in the Juhu Half Marathon '25, you agree to the following:

• You participate at your own risk. The organizers, sponsors, and affiliated entities are not liable for any injury, accident, loss, or death arising from your participation in the event.
• You agree to indemnify the organizers against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your participation.
• You confirm that you are physically fit and have trained adequately for the event. It is your responsibility to seek medical advice before participating.
• The organizers are not responsible for loss of personal belongings during the event.
• In case of adverse weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances, the organizers may reschedule or modify the event. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

8. Photography and Media

By participating in the event, you grant the organizers the right to use photographs, videos, or other media of your participation for promotional purposes without compensation.
